VSP use cases · Government contracts · Review management

Past performance in government contracts, and the reviews buyers also see.

In federal work, your official past performance lives in CPARS and is used in source selection. But primes, commercial clients and local agencies also check Google. VSP builds the public side of your reputation by asking every commercial customer for a review.

The problem

What usually goes wrong.

Strong work, no public proof

Your CPARS ratings are good, but your Google profile shows three reviews.

Commercial work not counted

Private jobs don't show up anywhere a prime can see.

No system to ask

Nobody asks happy customers at the right time.

How VSP does it

Past performance government contracts, step by step.

  1. 01

    Ask every commercial customer

Review requests by text and email after each job.

  2. 02

    Same request for everyone

Google doesn't allow asking only happy customers, so we ask all of them.

  3. 03

    Issues flagged early

Unhappy replies come to you fast, so you can fix them.

  4. 04

    Kept separate from CPARS

We don't touch official evaluations. We build your public reputation.

Why VSP stays narrow

One job, done deeply, with a person on it.

People read reviews before they pick a business, and most happy customers never leave one unless asked. We do one thing: ask every customer, at the right moment, and catch problems early.

Every VSP service has a real person on top of the AI. They set it up, check the work and answer to you.

Backed by research
